Students Demand their Reproductive Rights

Several organizations at Georgetown University have built a coalition called Plan A: Hoyas for Reproductive Justice in the effort to fight the university's current policy to denying students access to reproductive services.

Plan A recently made news for demanding that university officials hear them out. Their requests include allowing condoms to be sold in Georgetown stores or available at the health centers, birth control and abortion coverage on the student health insurance policy (the staff can opt in to a plan that covers both services), access to the HPV vaccine, and to recognize the pro-choice students groups and give them the benefits provided to other student organizations.

Seems reasonable enough.

So, brave students took to campus to protest the denial of their reproductive rights.
