Candidate Spotlight: Harry Osterman
PPIA endorses Harry Osterman for State Representative of Illinois' 14th District.
Osterman has been in office as the state representative for Illinois's 14th District since 2000. During this time, he became chairperson of the Labor committee and a member of the Appropriations-Human Services, Elementary and Secondary Education Committees.
Stance on Choice: The Illinois Planned Parenthood Council, Planned Parenthood's statewide legislative and political office, rated Osterman at 100% in 2003.
