PPIA endorses Arthur Turner for Lt. Governor of Illinois.Turner was first elected to his role of Illinois State Representative for the 9th District in 1981.
Now in this thirteenth term, Turner has assumed leadership in the Housing and the Higher Education Committees. In addition, he is now the Deputy Majority Leader, which he was first appointed to in 1993.
