PPIA Endorses Toni Preckwinkle for Cook County Board President
Planned Parenthood Illinois Action recognizes the role that the Cook County City Council plays in women's health and safety. Therefore, for the first time, PPIA has chosen to endorse a candidate for Cook County Board President: Toni Preckwinkle.
Ms. Preckwinkle, who is currently an alderman on the Chicago City Council, has been very out-spoken on pro-choice issues, including her support on the recently passed Bubble Zone Ordinance.
