Setting the Record Straight
This post on Openline implies both that the Aurora health clinic has opened for business in defiance of the law and that the Aurora city council is complicit in that illegality.
Both statements are categorically false. Planned Parenthood has always and will continue to operate within the guidelines set by local, state, and federal statues. Our clinic is not open for business. Furthermore, the city of Aurora has been not been “looking the other way.” In fact, over the past twenty-four hours city officials have made two unannounced inspections of the Aurora facility.
Every day that this situation continues is another day that women across the western suburbs are denied access to vital health services. Planned Parenthood will continue to use every resource at our disposal to fight for the rights of women of Aurora and the surrounding communities.

PP before you came to my neighborhood I didn't know much about you. Now that I have seen the protestors there religously and their way of life I have to say best of luck to you. Many of my neighbors are sick and tired of their act. Good luck.
